CHAMPAGNE BLANC DE NOIRS BRUT

A golden and rich Champagne, which, together with the characteristic notes of toasted bread, hazelnuts and citrus, invites in with tones of dark berries, which is due to the wine’s Blanc de Noir title. A light Champagne, made from red grape varieties. In this case 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier.

Before the wine is bottled for the second fermentation, it has been aged in oak barrels. It gives greater depth and fullness to the Champagne. It is allowed to remain in the bottle for a minimum of 3 years with the lees, before it is disgorged and released.
